Our Amarr dealers are familiar with Entrematic’s Door Centers.  Entrematic currently has 83 all across North America, with plans to open more!  Our Door Centers are the lifeblood of our business model, serving our customers expertly and efficiently.  The Team Members at our Door Centers (or DCs) are often the people that our customers contact most.  These Team Members keep the DC running like clockwork to provide excellent service.

Each Door Center hosts an Open House event every other year.  The Open House is like a family “get together” dealers come to socialize with Team Members, visit with vendors, and eat some delicious food.  There are even door prizes for attendees and sometimes special offers during the hours of the Open House!  Warehouses turn into showrooms as new products are showcased for dealers to see in person and not just in photos.  The Open House serves as a local new product showcase for many dealers who are not able to go to the IDA Expo.

To prepare for the event, the Team Members and managers put their heads together to plan a successful event.  John Henderson, a District Service Manager for Entrematic, gathers feedback from everyone to help plan his Open Houses.  “I try and coordinate a conference call with the Door Center general manager, the area sales manager, and myself we base our decisions off a planning guide so everyone is on the same page.  We decide, as a group, what products to display: new products, products that customers in the area would particularly like to see, and other popular products.”

In the fast-paced garage door industry, dealers don’t often get to sit down with Entrematic DC Team Members or managers, or visit with vendors like LiftMaster and Linear.  Our Open House events are a way of showing gratitude to our dealers for their business by inviting them to visit and mingle, while seeing what’s new at the Door Center and with Entrematic.
